Regulation (EC) 852/2004 Article 5 Requires manufacturers and operators to put in place, implement and maintain permanent procedures based on HACCP principles. We can help companies identify potential areas of threat where we can offer solutions, to help them to comply with the directive and show all due diligence.
Solutions can range from simply changing a process component to a visible blue colour, or for high risk areas replacing the component to a detectable version, which would allow fragments to be detected with Metal Detection or X-Ray Detection systems.
